E cash is a bearer token. It's integrated with lightning. As is backed 1-to-1 with sats.
But by using it you're accepting certain trade-offs by using e-cash you are getting a 100% privacy Is on any payments made or received. Which is not the same for lightning or on chain. But at the cost of trusting the Is e-cash mint custodian not to run fractional or rug.
I think according to ben, all custodial bitcoin is shit, but ecash is a shit coin
