I’ve been eating a somewhat high fat diet while completely avoiding seed oils/linoleic acid. Feeling much better though. How would you view a diet that is high in quality fats like grass fed butter and tallow? Does this impact metabolic function?

If I understand his theory correctly. His low fat diet is just for reversing the metabolic dysfunction. Once you aren't a diabetic anymore, the high quality fats are fine.
any thoughts on dog diets? I have a dog with constant allergy issues - itchy skin, ear infections, etc. tried every dog food recommended by the vet. even took her to an animal dermatologist and tried immunotherapy. can’t help but think kibble might be part of the problem.
Been listening to several of your past episodes and had some "aha" moments as to why some carbs hit me hard and I feel fine on others. Thanks for sharing.
From what I hear from his other stuff is that he does not stray away from saturated fats in general. Very pro (non-cafo) meat and pro dairy.
yeah, i already am aware of most of this... i have pretty much reversed kidney damage now, i was getting frequent pain on both sides of my lower ribcage, hardly ever anymore now i achieved this with mostly carnivore, but also i had to do other things, i have been eating bananas, adding potassium chloride and unrefined sea salt, iodine, and what has really started to kick this thing forward was hydrolysed beef protein i have a really screwed up immune system, bypassing the intestinal triggered allergic reactions is really tricky in my situation, and portuguese food supply is absolutely abysmal

welcome to nostr, we are all already carnivore and seed-oil free around here
Very informative but honestly the walking in the mall is distractive !
Agree with the idea of "impaired energy transformation", and what is now sold on the shelves of supermarkets..."energy", the consumer is being sold what they wish to hear but are being lied to...Fiat and everything downstream is the lie, Bitcoin returns us to a Natural Order, individuals need to recognise this and make the changes. In this sense Nostr is also Powerful as Individuals speak Truth to Power.
Thanx for the inspiration, I'm almost pain-free after 2 years of chronic back pain. Now I just need to gain weight again
Eat Better: Skip sugar and junk. Eat veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Add healthy fats and proteins. Exercise: Do cardio. Lift weights. Sleep Well: Get 7-9 hours. Reduce Stress: Try meditation or hobbies. See Your Doctor: Regular check-ups.
Why do I get more inflammation if I eat carbs in the form of fruit and honey (and get bloated)? (Which I do love and fin myself cycling with intermittenly. Is there a sweet spot? Is it that I am eating too much fat with that? I only eat animal fat and butter.

it's not the chicken and pigs fault. it's the chicken and pigs that are fed grains.
Before I discovered how to reverse type 2 diabetes through a high fat, ketogenic diet, and a carnivore diet, people were healing type 2 through a low fat, raw food diet. Indeed there's more than one way to skin a cat!..🤙❤️ View quoted note →
Ah ok so 20lbs underweight. Note 220 would be very slightly overweight at that height.

“Saturated fats, used regularly, reduce the immediate toxic antimetabolic effects of the stored unsaturated fats, but it takes a long time to change the balance of stored fats.”
Fanboied on this boss in Costa Rica a couple years ago in a BM Super mercado while he was making an insta video. Good man, good message 💪🏻 Appreciate what you do doc. View quoted note →
