Recently got back into Bikram yoga. Finished my 3rd class this morning. The progress is profound. Flexibility, endurance, focus-ability levels have all increased... And probably a good amount of detox with all that sweat. I highly recommend hot yoga to anyone who lives in an area where it is offered.

Not worth the time sifting through garbage to find a treasure.
Garden tilled today. Now making rows and deciding what to plant. Fruit trees are planted in yard. Moving towards permaculture with thick straw mulching, shell fish, and charcoal to improve soil. Working on 20 foot diameter geodesic dome green house. Garden is about 60 x 30 feet.
