Tune out the noise. 💯 biggest improvement you can make. Low effort, high reward. Both mental and physical health improvements in a short amount of time.
No booze, more meat, highest quality food, cotton clothes, blue light glasses, tallow soap/lotion/lip balm

Stop caring what others think of you. DILLIGAF. "Does it look like I give a fuck" attitude. Also, live by the mantra 'Health is wealth'

Baking homemade bread. It's relaxing and intentional.

Largely protein and animal fat diet. Limiting blue light an hour and a half before bed. Using blue light glasses when necessary. Stacking sats, because hope is medicine and our country doesn’t give me much hope without it. Starting a garden. Stop stressing at work and believing the extra hours and effort was ever going to earn me a fair share of the profits I’m helping generate.
This is shaping up to be a thread worth following 👇

I work with some great ladies that say the same thing about men...find the right lady is like finding Bitcoin, and your life will become infinitely better

There’s a massive difference, the legal system is rigged against men. And women know it, so the minute you don’t behave the way they want or they decide they aren’t “happy” anymore, and if they decide to be spiteful or vindictive they can destroy your life. I’m 47, and I can’t count how many stories I know of people I personally know this happening to. Life should be about living a life together and having a family and it is better that way, but the system has eroded that dream away and dismantled the family unit. Women can’t find men because all the good ones are one the other side of family court disemboweled lol.
Eliminate processed food (especially seed oils) in the house and try to limit when eating out. Intermittent fast during the week. Morning run at least 3 days a week

I've heard countless stories like this and it sucks. A society that doesn't favor the natural nuclear family is doomed. As a fallible human being I also know it's important that we OWN our mistakes and don't cast blame on a system. Right now our system is easy to hit the escape hatch rather than doing the work to build lasting relationships and families

Yep, part of my original comment was working on yourself. People do not want to do that, both men and women.. I do have hope that the pendulum will swing the other way and there is also going to be a paradigm shift across our planet.. I believe it’s already happening

Taking pen to paper each day to reflect Builds more awareness to how I’m living each day, and creates space for any micro improvements to make tomorrow
first, giving a fuck what other people think about me. life is much more relaxed. Second, a daily workout with weights
