What the fuck is going on in the UK?

Reading 1984 like it's an instruction manual
That's not supposed to be how it works 😩
will accelerate the need and adoption for Bitcoin
and nostr
Everything before 1776 was a mistake.
Is that a rhetorical question?
What are we gonna do about it? What about all those flock cameras in the USA?
Um. Don’t they still have a king…
1 VII VII VI
This is exactly what I was thinking!
This is the whole argument for self custody of keys. If your content is encrypted with a key that never leaves your hardware, there’s nothing on device to scan and nothing to hand over. That’s what we’re building toward.
Protocols > platforms
What's going on is that Britannia needs the Once and Future King to come back ASAP 🤦♂️
WTF?????
Welcome go the digital gulag. Comrade.
They want a backdoor into your phone.
One door for the police is a door for hackers.
Encryption is either absolute or useless.
If you trade your privacy for safety, you lose both.
That's why I'm trying to explain all the time, how bad it is and which part they use as a weapon. Currently they weaponised hardware with locked bootloaders. Other hardware is impossible to control in such way. Any app can be patched on a normal non-locked hardware.
So I repeat my warning, that people will shoot themselves in the knees if we wont stop or slow down adoption of devices with locked bootloaders (or other hardware attestation)
Situation is bad, and I think it's time to start reaching for some heavy-duty "solutions" and lift even more moral and/or legal restrictions. This is called escalation.
Marxists in power.
GB is coming to #Nostr
Have you watched silo? That's what is happening
They took the piss too much for too long and got some casual push back, so they took the piss more to try to stop it. Got more push back and now we love in a country where real crime goes unpunished but talking about real crime is punished. And to cover up all the piss taking they need total control of thought and discussion
The narratives war is on line !
How to stop the freedom of the people ?

Fishing Expedition !
It's not only the UK.. The EU has been trying, and still is, to get this into law.

Umm, sir, do you not think the CIA/NSA does the same thing to Americans?
The only difference is in the UK they talk about it publicly.
Hey Derek, have you got a spare room? 🥺
King Charles the First was defeated in battle by own his rebellious subjects, put on trial for lying, oath-breaking, and illegal taxation, found guilty, and publicly beheaded.
The present Head of State in Britain (and Australia) is also a King Charles (the Third).
Some traditions should be honoured :p
I do not. I'm not a whale, Mike!
How's that diet going? 😂
👀 Is this about the whale I had in Oslo? 😂
He’s krilling it.
🦐
Tell me more 👀
It was very good. I was surprised that it's very similar to beef. The top three darker pieces.

That looks delicious 😋
It was! Whale, moose, and reindeer.
Control freak that Musk and his stupid surveillance friends
Let hope. #staynostr
How will they connect? In-head code execution does not exist yet.
And people agreed to use locked devices like iphones which apple just right now started controlling 🫠
Maybe at least lets try to save x86 and risc-v from the same fate and don't allow for open systems like linux to be excluded?
People always find a way. We have and are constantly gaining more tools for freedom. I am full of hope thanks to #Bitcoin and #Nostr.
That’s how they make it happen. Threatening the execs.
Hummm… when did the philosophy of one race being superior to another begin in EUROPE? 🤔🙄
They know revolt is coming fast. They are clamping down out of fear.
They cannot force any such thing and some of these platforms can't do any such thing. Apparently the UK doesn't believe in sovereign nations even. They seem to think their besotted government is the boss of everyone.
Here's a more positive way to see it: All this freedom tech has come at the time when we need it most. We have the tools! The more they violate our privacy, the more attractive freedom tech becomes.
Rehearsal, guinea pig, lab to fine tune what will be applied all over the world.
