One would pretty fast get the impression that blocking of content and users are pretty random and used heavy handed on content that is neither spam nor illegal, when using Primal.

It's not hard to figure out who is boosting their webs of trust, just look at who is following them
Also the account that verita brought to people's attention, their media files were still visable last night before I went to bed.
So it took multiple people making multiple reports and tagging primal devs repeatedly for 18+ hours before that one npub got their media removed.
There's dozens more.
