I try to make them consistent but I try to keep them in the 10-15mg range. @Enki recommended a touch more so I lean a bit into the 15mg side. Made them you could enjoy more than one since they’re quite tasty but all depends on your tolerance.

Very nice. I’ve had some nice kershaws. I’ve got one I got for like $15 on sale and it’s totally usable. I had one before that was like $70 and it had an axis lock like my previous benchmade. But I lost both the axis lock knives. I want to get a nice benchmade again.
The knife in my photo is one of the cheap Chinese produced Spyderco knives. I probably should have just got one of the American ones…
