The answer never lies in a politician or government. The answer lies in the morality of the people. If people vote for a corrupt politician, it's because their own morals have degraded so far that they don't see the completely unacceptable politician as being completely unacceptable. So they vote for completely unacceptable politicians in the name of the "the lesser of two evils," but it's still a vote for evil. They don't see this because they themselves have become immoral, and they align more with the unacceptable politician than they disagree with that politician.

Similar story of El Salvador. History repeats itself every time. For now, El Salvador apparently is the exception to this rule, but the reality is that we are just in the beginning of this story. Bukele, found a desperate people, found the lowest bar, and he did what opportunistic politicians do every time. He is for now a dictator, a good one for many but dictator after all. There is no such thing as “good dictator” but they’re all good at the beginning I hope I can be wrong, I really do. I think we all know how the story ends, but we love humanity, and we hope and we spect the best for humans. We also know that fiat system is the root of all evil and the disease that has spread to every single political system. The bad news is that, there’s no cure for this. No politicians can solve this. No political system can. Neither Bitcoin can in my opinion, Bitcoin does one thing that else besides God and faith does. Bitcoin gives us hope, Bitcoin gives us faith in humanity.

There are very few countries that aren't corrupt, though it may look different from place to places. The fact that the politicians in Peru are being held accountable means something, I guess. We need more places like El Salvador where the leaders really care about the people, but they are fragile and few and far between.
