A dividend implies that there is profit and positive equity to return. The US government's expenses exceed its revenue, with liabilities exceeding its assets. More lies.

Republican voters. They would speak out against this behavior decades ago. Not anymore. Now they cheer the idea of being a socialist citizen and getting handouts from he government. All Americans are socialists now, and 50% think they're not. The oppressor is the democracy itself, not the politicians and corporations.
