My number one go to for cooking lately. Been using this on everything. Check out @Great Ghee it’s a nostr only business and their ghee is fucking amazing.

Nostr only, for the hardest money only. It's that simple. Thank you so much @HODL for the shoutout and to the rest of you that have put in recent orders. It truly means a lot that you would part ways with your valuable sats for my humble cooking fat. You will not be disappointed. This has been and will continue to be an absolute blast for me. I would say hints of butter along with hints of nutty and even cheesy. As weird as this might sound - the smell of cooking with ghee reminds me of the Annie’s Mac & Cheese smell, especially the cheese powder when you mix it with the milk and butter!

Ghee is the best. I know so many swear on beef tallow, but I find ghee is much nicer to cook with! It’s cool if your supporting some local farmer. I buy raw butter and make it myself, it’s such an easy thing to do. Takes 10 minutes and the process is super rewarding.

It should be to be fair, actually a tit more brown gold. It’s not extracted for long enough. But that’s just my two sats.

I would love to have this in Germany!
Let me know if you need the recipe! It works perfectly every time and my kids say it's better than the stuff you get at the cinema - high praise indeed! 😂
I should definitely do some price comparison, but I THINK I'm rendering tallow at a price that beats the price of homemade ghee when I go out and buy up a few pounds of suet at a time. Not that it hurts to have a few different forms of fat to cook with for flavor reasons. Or cooking properties, given that lard is particularly superior when it comes to making baked goods. Some of us still eat the occasional non-meat.
You’re either just making melted butter, or burning it, depending on what temp you’re doing it for 11 mins at
