also very unsophisticated and disorderly classic sign of an unstable and disorganized internal dimension, much like a that of a child.
It can also be a creative huge force. It is all about how and when you use it. Without anger we are incomplete.
All emotions are poison when crystallized. Flow is all that matters. Cristalized anger and disgust are the most dangerous as they lead to violence
For me anger is always a synonym of fear, and yes fear over a long period can be poisonous
Agreed. You can't control the fact that you feel the anger, but you can control what you do with that feeling. As you said, once the feeling is there, you can turn it into a positive or a negative. If handled correctly, most people wouldn't even notice you became angry.
just feeling the anger and let it become energy to change things. to act with violence is not feeling the anger. and when we try to supress, it becomes poison.

exactly. it's important to understand where it's rooted.
Anger is needed in the right situation Knowing when to use an appropriate emotion in the right moment is key Match the right emotion for the right moment and situation Suppressing your feeling is denying a part of yourself
One of my favorite Lincoln quotes is a comment he wrote to a friend. I can't remember the context or the full sentence it was the way he framed anger that was important. He said something along the lines of "I have let myself indulge in anger for long enough." Anger is very often an unproductive and indeed a destructive indulgence.

Sometimes you gotta drink a little poison.
"Anger is just anger. It isn't good. It isn't bad. It just is. It's what you do with it that matters. It's like anything else. You can use it to build or destroy. You just have to make the choice. Constructive anger, also known as passion. Passion has overthrown tyrants and freed slaves. Passion has brought justice where there is savagery. Passion has created freedom when there is nothing but fear. Passion has helped souls rise from the ashes of their lives and build something Better, stronger, and more beautiful. Anger can help build if it's properly controlled." -Partially paraphrased quote from the Dresden Files. But this is something that I wholeheartedly believe.

Your deep anger comes from witnessing the violation of something that is sacred to you. Your job is to find out what that sacred thing is & work towards protecting & nurturing it. Focus on the sacred & not on the thing that is violating it. Transmute your anger into productive focus & let the energy in the anger fuel your efforts. You are more than your body & your mind. Fill your heart with love & let your excitement choose your next action & every action. This is trusting your soul to find the most expansive path for you. Your mind's job is simply to observe, perceive & decide what you prefer. Your mind is best used as reflective tool rather than a directive one. Embrace the unknown & let go all fear. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿงก

Anger is misdirected passion
Sometimes I feel that anger is a necessary prerequisite for personal enlightment. Distilling anger really boils down to a clash of anxiety and disappointment. This is why people say, "I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed." Anxiety is the easy part to deal with. There are mechanics and practices. Disappointment requires resolution. View quoted note โ†’

Anger is one manifestation of fear. I agree, not good or bad. We must feel what we feel. And while all light and love might be ideal, we are humans that feel things. And sometimes anger is necessary to make things shift back to love. My 2 sats.
