The zap is the value. People worldwide buy replicas, some believe they are real. Fakes will be, unless there is verification. Individuals who send zaps without it may live with regret. I personally zapped a huge asshole and have blocked them since as they revealed themselves.
We can't suck and blow here, either anything is allowed and the market will dictate it, or we can police the whole thing and have debates about rights and wrong and then to which degree.
I mean the guy I zapped was in a bad situation outside of their control, is that more moral of a zap than one to a dev? Shame has no place in any of it. Inform others and move on
