Whatever works for you my friend. We are so different and need to listen to our bodies and what works personally and not what others are saying, of course low carb is the main rule for everyone who wants to be healthy. The rest is adjustable.

I was vegan/vegetarian for about 13 years, two of which I was raw vegan. I’ve just begun reading and listening to everything I can about Carnivore. Excited to jump in once I feel I have a strong foundation of understanding how to make it sustainable. I appreciate you making your journey public, it’s nice to feel like there is a supportive community to become part of.

I didn’t eat meat for 13 years and was raw vegan for 8 months too. I do share a lot on instagram. Lots of recipes and info. So check me out there if you want more inspiration.
