Americans more gullible than ever.
I’m supposed to see no anti comments to this post. I thought nostr has a fair bit of supporters who’d vote for 3rd term no matter what. πŸ€”
It’s hilarious that many people are quick to call out corruption regarding anything the democrats do (make no mistake, there’s tons of corruption that needs to be investigated, no doubt) yet when they refer to Trump or his family they refer to them as β€œtransactional”.
Readers of this paper should feel good that he paid himself by "scamming" people that the readers of this paper most likely hate anyway.

Big difference between suckering people and embezzling money that was collected at the point of a gun (i.e. Taxes)

I live in the US and I can tell you I care. I knew Trump was going to be bad for democracy and freedom but I didn't think this bad (I didn't vote for him- voted Kamala). It's crazy to see the BTC libertarian go completely quite on this shit. Buying US companies, making Tiktok deals to enrich his buddies, Tariffs, tech bro deals, ICE surveillance state, I could go on. This guy is running an oligarchy for sure and nothing from the group. Not to mention the stain Trump has had on BTC. What's sad too is I think BTC had a big role in getting Trump elected and now legal citizens are getting put in detention centers. Anyways glad to see Calle and Alex calling this shit out.

Never enjoy seeing people getting scammed and hate is a strong word, but karma can be a bitch. Even if a sign says stove is πŸ”₯ some will touch it to see.
"If the President did it, that means it is not illegal" - Richard Nixon
It works this way anywhere. Prople are deluded into think that there is a sort of ultimate judge, which is just an illusion.
yah, i shouldn't have used the h* word. there are many good people reading the paper and it's a good graphic... someone explained to me how "pay-for-play" works for traditional politicians--$500,000 speaking engagements at universities, institutions, etc in return for access. --and how this president was barred from that tasteful grift. so i cut him a lot of slack. especially since the people also opted in to those by purchasing those alt coins. i don't think taxpayers/students opted in to the standard grift. besides, who knows, maybe he will make his coin supply more valuable than bitcoin. after all every company who issues shares without believing they can do better than bitcoin is effectively scamming it's shareholders.
No. There is no justice anywhere. If you followed the rules you were a chump.
Has anyone done similar analyses about the previous presidents? I'm sure no one pursues that office and then intends to walk away empty handed.
