I bought tickets to a jack white concert. "no phones allowed" policy at all his shows, no problem, I'll just leave it at home. tried to print the tickets in advance, can't, digital only, need the app.
so I was forced to DL the ticket app and bring my phone in to the venue only to have it locked in a bag for the duration of the show.

parking is straight forward, just don't pay. in my town it costs about $2/hr to park, but the fine is $10.
so if you work in town you can pay $16-18 each day, or just $10.
as for menu apps, i just tell them to fuck right off.

For the parking if there is no physical way to pay I couldn't pay since I don't have mobile payments to begin with.
