A fun phrase for #4 is “betsubara” (別腹/べつばら), having room for dessert despite your stomach being full. My host father used to say it all the time.
Additionally the last one, ganbaru, is actually just the word for the verb “to persevere”, commonly a phrase used in self motivation. (Ex: struggling to complete a task and you remind yourself, “ 頑張る！”.

When I worked for Lexus there was a big focus on Kaizen, but I didn’t know the other ones, I love them.
