Where are the optimistic Bitcoiners? Is there anyone left actually optimistic about growing human freedom with software?

Nope, everyone just wants Saylor and blackrock to moon their ETFs
Yes, but normies hate freedom. How to solve this human problem?
Why would anybody be optimistic about bitcoin?
I'm very optimistic about reduced shrinking of freedom thanks to these technologies!?
Not exactly…these days I move with caution
Yes but without DEI
Do you think people have to use Bitcoin for it to achieve that?
We're all on nostr. There are dozens of us.
I am. But I'm careful not to allow my optimism to turn into delusion or fantasy. And it's a very fine line.
But... I've also allowed pessimism to become delusional fantasy (meaning things aren't actually that bad for me).
I think it's a balancing act if one is to do it in a healthy way.
👋
Can't happen with corrupted Epstein sickarios like yourself and Andy Epstein Back, with Peter Thiel's and Jameson SLopp's Citrea shitcoin on top of spamcoin, scammers and spammers like David Bailey, Shitcoin Mag, captured coretard simpfluencers and BlackRock in control of the centralized miners.
The strongest Hope for Humanity is now Blake2b Bitcoin Freedom Money.
⚠️ Was Bitcoin Core infiltrated by Israel?⚠️
We know from the DOJ emails that Epstein “represented the Rothchilds”. Israel also receives operational support from certain members of the Jewish diaspora, (“Sayanim”).
Now look at the influencers opposing BIP-110 to protect Core’s monopoly:
- Adam Back (CEO Blockstream): According to Epstein emails, took money from Epstein & visited his island
- Most Blockstream current and ex-employees (Matt Corrallo, Greg Maxwell, Byron Hambly, Fernando Nikolic etc): Company funded by Epstein, with several credible ponzi allegations
- Michael Saylor (MSTR): Is “one of us” according to the Epstein emails.
- Chaincode (Alex Morcos & Suhas Daftuar): Met with Epstein according to emails. Funds Bitcoin Core
- Starkware (Eli Ben Sasson), funds Core via HRF and OpenSats: Israeli
- Casey Rodarmor (Ordinals creator):Jewish.
- Peter Todd (Libre Relay, Coinkite Advisor): Zionist
- Bryan Bishop, (Core moderator): Pitched designer baby company to Epstein
- Udi Wertheimer: Israeli, ties to IDF
- NVK/Rodolfo Novak (Coinkite): Jewish.
- Dan Held: Jewish
- Jonathan Bier (Brink which funds Core, BitMex Research, Farside): Presumed Jewish
- BTC conference: Brandon (@BranBTC), and Craig from Programing (@Bitcoin_phan): Jewish
- Nakamoto: CIO Tyler Evans and CEO David Bailey, potentially Jewish (unconfirmed)
- Mr. Hodl: Israeli accent, likely intelligence
- Scott Melker (Wolf of all Streets): Jewish
- Citrea: Investment by Peter Thiel, close Epstein associate
- Tone Vays: Jewish
- Shaquille O’Atmeal: Jewish
- Apex B (@malandrox7): Jewish
- OpNet founders (Spam company): Israeli
- Isabel Foxen Duke: Israeli
- Jameson Lopp (Core, Casa): In 2023, Casa started accepting ETH and the Casa logo rebranded and now resembles a known FBI pedo symbol. Hopefully a coincidence?
- Rearden: Jewish
- Mars Spits Barz: Jewish
- Fundamentals21m: Jewish
- Ghost_AwyeeDeaterBob: Jewish
- Vic (@vicariousdrama): Israeli
- TeddyBitcoins: Jewish
- Ben Kaufman (Specter wallet): Israeli
- Richard Greaser (Bitcoin Bugle): Jewish
- Jeremy Poley (21 media): Jewish
- Liran Cohen: Jewish
- Coinicarus: Jewish
- Pierre Rochard: Jewish family
- Jimmy CTV (@bunkfreamon): Jewish
- Too many more to list
Many other anti BIP-110 supporters are sponsored by either Blockstream or the BTC Conference and therefore similarly incentivized to protect Core influence: Walker, JP_Technology, Joe Nakamoto, etc.
Notes:
- Analysis based on publicly available information, and is open to corrections.
- Findings include extreme overrepresentation of Jewish influencers in BTC.
- A handful of Jewish critics of Core were identified, but ratio is highly abnormal, at around 20:1 favoring Core.

I mean that freedom is shrinking, but it would have been worse without Bitcoin (and similar tech) as a lifeboat.

Building daily.
A person can want *two* things, UTXO!!
GM! 🫂
NGU because they can't stop the train.
Working. Saving. Stacking. Over here

They cant stop it but they have significantly slowed down your precious NGU open your eyes
"They" didn't stop anything. And they didn't slow down on spending money. This is just a function of Market cap.
🙋 🧡
Still here, class of 2011. I appreciate that you are too Matt. I've been following you all that time and have learned a lot from you over the years!
Every single one of our alumni @Sovereign Engineering
Probably left when BIP110 was ignored. Fiat 2.0 is profoundly uninteresting.
Right here
They go to meet ups (or cetes as I like to call em).
Software is powerful, but it was never enough.
Minds need to change, and physical things need to be built.
we may be nearing a saturation point, at which everyone who cares will take their freedom, and all those who do not care will stay in clowntown voluntarily
there are some
Yep, just been quiet cause of the vibes
Here for it
I’m optimistic that bitcoin is just quietly doing its work. Don’t need much rah rah from others to keep me convinced.
I think Bitcoin is about managing expectations. Some people approach it like it's a complete product that can replace the entire stack of the last 100 years of human legal, financial and technological progress that represents their current safe banking/commerce experience.
Yes, you can do lots of neat stuff but you're gonna need to realize there are some very real sharp edges here -- you can hurt yourself financially if you don't take responsibility for some things you haven't had to before.
They were lead by influencers who compromised on their principles for ngu. New generations of bitcoiners will see where they went wrong and correct course, in due time
Nice try
🤙🏻
all day every day
Right here.
Ready to put a bounty on your head.
Super optimistic that you won’t introduce another inflation bug 👋
You rang?
There are. Sovereign engineering stuff, meshtastic/meshcore, Iris chat, white noice. Continue the list?
you don't express your optimism verbally. what you express your optimism is by building on bitcoin. words are freez it's the actuons that count
hi
It has become my one of my personal interests
First time on nostr?
Present. ✊️
Zap like you are optimistic ⚡
Here. I spend my evenings building a small Nostr client on my own VPS, with my own relay and my own signer. No permission asked from anyone, and nobody can take it away. That's the optimism for me: software lets one person own their corner and still talk to everyone. It's slower than the hype promised, but it's real, and it keeps getting better.
@ck probably
You're on Nostr. All of us, yes?
🤙
100%
Don't think they hate it, I think they are too numb notice they are losing theirs.
optimistic? lol
Still here.
If you mean ending the State by seeking human freedom with software, I think I'm pretty optimistic. Despite the wild cuckery of most people bitcoiners included. I feel the trend toward more liberty is going up and will not reverse out of some local temporary hickups from time to time.
A lot of people seem to think that bitcoin is going to solve every problem on its own and they can just sit back and wait for the system to collapse so it can be replaced with something better. That’s lazy, and absolves one’s self of responsibility for being the change they want to see in the world.
Pump my bags, orange-tied daddy!
Not sure if this is satire or if you have been living under a rock.
Corporate takeover of Bitcoin, Cold Card wallet hacks, Bitcoin influencers encouraging spam on the network and zero monetary use of Bitcoin Core. Anyone who is optimistic is delusional.
Bitcoin is either XBT or it is nothing. #xbt #bitcoin

✋🏾 yay for freedom of the people’s time. key in the hand/mind, no permission for rights.

Hello
We are all just dwellers on the threshold; aghast, excited and bored all at the same time watching it burning down around us and sensing something new emerges.
We are all nodes; all powerful together
comment
Many of them are likely quite tired at this point.
Are there some that aren't? 😅😂
A lot of them left BTC during major splits because it's impossible to upgrade the base protocol. eCash/drivechains will solve this without changing the base protocol. No more holy wars, no more forks, no more getting outcompeted by other chains. Bitcoin will again be a place optimistic enthusiastic developers can contribute to.

Just quietly getting on with life offline; building, growing, helping people. Bitcoin’s a revolutionary phenomenon; sometimes seeds look like they’re doing nothing before they burst into life.
Bitcoin is not for zapping bro. U got it mixed up 😂
Like the deejay I always was cool story bro. When lemon trees we still waiting.

Ofc, lots of noise these days, but Bitcoin is still going one block at a time!
They only think about material goods, as long as they can buy a house with a 50 yo mortgage and a new car every 2 years with a bank loan they are happy, facial recognition to enter their bank app and their condominiums is for their safety. It's a spiritual battle.
Of course! Monero is going to do what people thought Bitcoin would do. Then there is Nostr, SimpleX and much more! I'm very bullish on freedom-tech 😎🔥
all bitcoiner are optimistic humans that want freedom with software. the others are just investooors and shitcoiners
Nostr, you dumb fuck.
Your wallet brought me here, good sir. Tail up.
Fookyeh
@Louferlou i'd bet the same way, for a dull reason. i've watched mining pushed out of one country after another since 2021 and the hashrate came back higher every time.
software not the limiting factor any more, only way to grow freedom now is by growing responsibility. always optimistic(:
Optimistic over here! 😀 👋
