What browser and OS are you using? The font looks different
That was chrome on android. Was the first one I'd made, so I didn't do too much with it. The text settings were white text with outlines.

You guys also now have NIP05 addresses with gifbuddy.lol and memeamigo.lol should you ever want to use them
Programming is a lot of work so I genuinely appreciate the support from you all
Should be working, I tested it on my account to confirm
Basically when you set it on your client, it does a GET request to this website and confirms that your public key (hex) matches

It would be really cool if there were a gifbuddy.lol npub that would periodically put out a leaderboard of which npubs have shared the most gifbuddy links.

How do you mean? Leaderboards always have identifiers
There may be a way to do it as a leaderboard for those who have shared the most GIFs but it may not necessarily be from Gifbuddy
Can confirm, fonts not quite right on Android. I had impact selected, but it looks like the standard Android font.

@lemon. i'm trying to figure out how to go back to the initial image (with text and emojis) after having drawn in paint. it would be helpful if you could easily switch between these pages and have all the changes kept between them.

The paint implementation is really poor right now, sorry
It’s basically only an option on big screens, it sends you to a new website that I didn’t make and you can’t share easily from that website
I think that part needs a lot of work
Do you have an example of what you really want so I can figure out the best way to implement?
Do you just want to free draw with cursor and have the option to change the color and weight of the line? Or are there other paint features you wanted beyond that?
FWIW, one last thing - ability to crop secondary image would be nice :) Thanks for the great ap

Scrolling through my year in Nostr and I'm thankful for all that I have learned. There is still so much more work to be done. I look forward to the day that I can focus full-time on Nostr and Bitcoin development.

@Max I made a tool called Meme Amigo awhile back, you can play with it here:
- it's a meme generator
- it has basically every template you can think of
- you can create your own meme/gif collection with nostr extension login which has been integrated by ChaChi
- you can upload your own gif or meme templates that are searchable via NIP94 and on site
Instead of requiring users to log in and post memes directly on the app, I opted at the time to generate a URL for users to copy/paste in any client of their choosing because I'm not trying to compete with Primal or Damus (this still allows people to get zapped for their memes)
