From a brief look at the site this is the first hardware wallet I would reccommend to the non die hard/maxi/fully-endoctronado. There are many others which do some of this but specifically the built in multi layered security which can give everyone the peace of mind that their money is as safe is possible. This is the first turnkey solution all in a single platform that does this. Very exciting stuff, congrats.

Does the fact that Bitkey holds 1/3 keys mean you need to be KYCโd with them?
Says they track transaction data bc they have 1 of the keys. Is that any different from Unchained, Casa, or Nunchuck?

Iโm in. Iโve been in bitcoin since the laptop mining days of July 2010 and Iโve used essentially every type of hardware wallet since the beginning of hardware wallets. And I can tell this is different. Different security model but cleverly designed to protect the user from the most common danger: themselves.
I havenโt had time to fully review the cloud private key backup white paper but yโall seem to be on the right path for the masses. Kudos ๐

I think a display on the signer to verify the address and the fee is crucial to reduce the trust in the wallet software.
I hope the lack of a display doesn't invite some of the possible attacks in the future.
