When I was a kid, if you wanted to communicate with anyone that lived more than 30 miles from you, you either drove there, wrote them a letter and waited a week for their response or paid 25 cents a minute for a long distance call.

It is tough responsibility to hosting self relay as people has right to report ( if that options available) then the administrator to decide .. whether to act based on the report or based on his self conscious.
Most of the time , they go to censor or delete the post as to show to the people that reported that he/ she as own the relay take responsibility and serious if some people reporting things .
Regardless if the post it self is not bother anyone else except the one that reported .
