Very good. Next step is to run your full node and mine your Bitcoin.
It was only a matter of time! Anyone who hasn’t read Ken’s book, Lie’s My Doctor Told Me, should grab a copy!
How’d it take a smart guy like you this long? Yeah you got it right. Ok I’m 100% eating good and 100% into exercise. Going forward, the best strategy is to keep doing it and never look back? You know the answer my man.

Actually, you can. I just did it.
Stack it, put it into a multi sig 2 of 3 cold storage vault using Nunchuck, Casa, Unchained etc and back up your #ColdCard x 2 that is securing your multi sig vault in steel or titanium plates. Then sleep easy for the rest of your days.
Next step would be just to get a hardware wallet and a way to protect your seed words! You got this :)
Where do you buy from to buy consistently? I’ve been using Swan, but I’m exploring alternatives (especially thinking about KYC)

STAY HUMBLE AND STACK ZAPS
Good work. Weekly purchases on @strike are the best. Though I will say- collecting the free money from Coinbase shitcoin “learning courses” and converting it straight to BTC (then lightning out) will keep me checking there until the money runs dry.
speaking as someone who accepts BTC for my business, only spend them when you really value what you're getting. random internet purchase? -> dollars buying from someone I care about? -> BTC vote with your money use Bitcoin when you really care
Back in the day this was easy money. Now you have to use other apps to get the reward IN their app. I don’t want the extra shii on my phone 🤷🏻‍♂️
Actually, spending sats in a circular Bitcoin economy also supports the Bitcoin price. You’re just passing sats between people that will likely put it straight into cold storage 😏
Spend and replace. What you were going to spend in fiat, use the sats and then buy more with fiat straight away. That way you encourage spending and adoption and you have the same amount of sats.

Check out @strike bill pay service if you want to truly live on bitcoin. I'm just doing my fixed expenses for now, but hoping to go in 100% when I can.
Definitely get a good hardware wallet. Trezor is great for instance. Also consider using vexl.it or other way of local trading so that your information doesn't leak into the government.
@Ken Berry, MD alright, imma need you to set up a 4 of 5 multi signature cold storage solution using a multi vendor signing device set up. 1 x @coldcard 1 x @Foundation device 1 x Trezor and 1 x @SeedSigner . You’ll need two passports and two secret locations using the expert skills of Plan B and play the multi jurisdictional arbitrage game. Get 2 burner google pixel 8 phones running @npub1kwar...e0nj . @Jack Spirko will be able to run you through the whole process using #sparrowwallet running over Tor connected to a node in your second home in a country with no extradition laws. All new sats stacked will be from @Bisq and @HodlHodl ensuring KYC free sats only. Then Jack will run you through a join market coinjoin to anonymise your Bitcoin before routing it back to your @Start9 labs BTC node. Then set up an inheritance plan and a burner Bitcoin Company account to use Mastercard payments for daily spending. Then move to El Salvador. It’s a pretty simple game plan really. Beginners stuff!
Send $ via strike to your alby wallet for zaps. If you can buy something in BTC, do the same; convert dollars to sats sending via strike. That way you're just getting rid of those silly dollars. Never 'spend' a single satoshi otherwise.
The only appropriate response to someone telling to how you should use your Bitcoin is GFY. Bitcoin is permissionless, you do you. I think what you're experiencing is just a phase you go through. The feeling of not having enough Bitcoin is much stronger early on your journey. It passes when your Bitcoin savings dwarf your fiat savings & income. When most of your value is sitting in Bitcoin. Buying Bitcoin non KYC & then watching it appreciate in value really helps this whole process. Bitcoin changes you. Don't try to force the changes, just start becoming aware of them.

At least to me, if we are using Bitcoin to buy goods and services that we value, it means that we are keeping the value within the Bitcoin network.

Love your teaching vids, Doc. There are a few recent podcast and articles on the downside of daily DCA and frequent withdrawals to cold storage. Small UXOs can get eaten up in transaction fees as “number goes up.” Look into that and consider lump withdrawals to cold storage. Lightning network vs on chain, etc. I got lots to learn, as well. Lump smash buys can be lucrative but the old saying is true, time in the market beats timing the market.

Way to go Doc. And the keto carnivore diet works great. I feel awesome 🤩. I’m down 40 lbs👍🏼👍🏼
Way to go Ken! We know the way, it’s like MahDi Atretes after he drank the water of life….we can see
Robosats, BISQ and many others await your usage 😄 Not to mention it's best to create a circular economy and find as many Bitcoiners who buy and sell P2P.

I haven't seen a payment go through yet, but yes it's simple. You can't use it as a credit card payment, but anywhere you'd use ACH it's that simple.

Yes, but they send you a spreadsheet with the cost basis.
No, you can also fucking SPEND bitcoin with renegade small biz owners, crafters/artisans, and fellow homesteaders, especially here on nostr or in your local community.
Haha yup. I just do the first couple tasks on app. If it requires me to download a shitcoin wallet or use some defi exchange- I’m out. Hadn’t used CB in years and logged back on the other day. Was able to collect ~30 bucks quite easily.

If by 100% BTC you mean you pay all your life's expenses in BTC. Kudos. Else you are a fool for not owning some Monero as well and using it to protect your family.

I just paid my rent directly from my bitcoin balance this morning. Pretty epic.
That is so cool. Happy for you. That obviously triggers a taxable event. None of my business but I assume you are just planning to hand your accountant the report that Stike provides you at the end of the year?? This is like my only hang up w trying to spend.

I'm slightly concerned with the whole cost basis bullshit that they rolled out recently, add I have no way of calculating that. Too many different services, purchases spread out over 4 years, there's no way. I'm just going to report it at the basis that I'm DCAing into Strike at.

I'm a little pissed that the fee situation wasn't explained ahead of time. No fee for DCA, but every conversion incurs 0.88%. That's a bit more fiction than I'd like.
