I don't think WhatsApp counts as social so I guess I'm only on nostr. Sometimes I install Instagram and throw one picture over there once in a while besides that #onlyNostr .

You might want to search the hashtags of things you're interested in and look at the accounts that are posting and replying there. Dunbar's number (150) is a good start for how many people to follow for a diverse feed

Since I joined
Because many people can’t properly set up Global and don’t pay attention to hashtags, I’m noticing more and more that users here are basically just talking to themselves — especially the Japanese. They just use Nostr to dump their posts, while they actually interact and consume content on Instagram and Twitter. Some people even post screenshots of things they read on Twitter like it’s the main feature. And of course, some people are too shy to block “Bitcoin” and “GM,” turning their Nostr experience into a real nightmare 😏
